My room was a Hideaway Villa. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked quietly. I liked the hot shower.

The beach seemed dirty. The staff seemed cold. I found the resort to be somewhat tired.

i liked the beach location, it has soft sand. the villa include a good view from the room. i found the food was fresh and flavorful at restaurant. staff member greeted guests always with a smile. ann assisted with transport arrangements.

i noticed snorkeling required a fee.

I was impressed by the complimentary kayaking. I saw four turtles right off the beach during a snorkeling session (that was a highlight!).

The coffee machine situation during breakfast was unacceptable. A considerable line formed each morning as guests waited for coffee.

I found the beach very clean. Daily housekeeping kept my villa tidy. The provided shuttle service to town made access convenient. It reduced my reliance on taxis. I appreciated the complimentary hour of kayak use each day. It allowed me to explore the calm waters.
